Inject a style guide instead of describing your voice
Ten example sentences you actually wrote beat a paragraph of adjectives.
"Write in a warm, concise, slightly ironic voice" does nothing. The model has no idea what your irony looks like.
What works: a note with ten sentences you wrote and are proud of, five sentences you would never write, and three rules that explain the difference. Paste that before every drafting task.
- Real sentences, not descriptions of sentences.
- Include the negatives. The model learns as much from "never" as from "always".
- Refresh the examples every couple of months so the voice stays current.
