Send tasks to one inbox and let the assistant sort them
Todoist inbox as the single entry point; the assistant tags, schedules and dispatches.
Every idea, errand and bug report goes into the Todoist inbox from whatever device is closest: watch, phone, glasses, terminal. Nothing is tagged at capture time. Capture should cost nothing.
The assistant on the Mac mini reads the inbox every few minutes and does the sorting: project, priority, due date, and whether it is something it can just do. If it can, it does, and the task closes with a comment. If it can't, it schedules it and asks me on the HUD if the date looks wrong.
